First Time Wearing
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Open the lens case and check the lens is not inside-out (edges should curve inward, not flare out).
3. Place the lens on your index fingertip.
4. Use your other hand to hold your upper eyelid open.
5. Pull down your lower eyelid with the middle finger of the hand holding the lens.
6. Look straight ahead and place the lens directly on your eye.
7. Blink gently to center the lens.
Removal
1. Look up and pull down your lower eyelid.
2. Use your index finger to slide the lens down to the white of your eye.
3. Pinch the lens gently between your thumb and index finger to remove.
4. Clean and store in fresh solution.
