What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us at service@lensdew.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days for US orders. Express shipping is available for faster delivery (5-7 business days). See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by region.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.

Do I get free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Are your lenses safe to wear?

Yes! All our lenses are FDA-approved, made with high-quality materials (HEMA), and manufactured under strict safety standards. However, we always recommend consulting an eye care professional before wearing contact lenses.

Do I need a prescription to buy colored contacts?

We offer both plano (0.00 / non-prescription) and prescription lenses. No prescription is required to purchase plano lenses.

What prescription powers are available?

Most of our lenses are available from 0.00 to -8.00. Some styles offer a wider range. Check individual product pages for available powers.

How long can I wear the lenses?

Daily lenses: Single use, up to 8 hours
Monthly lenses: Up to 30 days (remove and clean daily)
6-Month lenses: Up to 6 months (remove and clean daily)
Yearly lenses: Up to 12 months (remove and clean daily)

Will the color show on dark eyes?

Yes! Our lenses are designed to show vibrant color on all eye colors, including dark brown and black eyes.

Lens Care

How do I care for my lenses?

Always wash hands before handling lenses
Store in fresh contact lens solution daily
Never use water or saliva to clean lenses
Replace solution in the case every day
Do not sleep in your lenses
Do not wear lenses while swimming

What solution should I use?

Use any multi-purpose contact lens solution (e.g., Opti-Free, Biotrue, ReNu). Do not use hydrogen peroxide solutions unless specified.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return opened lenses?

Unfortunately, opened lenses cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations. Unopened lenses can be returned within 30 days.
