We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Eligible Returns

  • Items must be unopened and in original sealed packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Contact us at service@lensdew.com to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to:

  • Lenses that have been opened or removed from sealed packaging
  • Lenses that have been worn or tried on

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
